The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with ICEBREAKER Nordic ApS (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “ICEBREAKER Nordic”) at www.myicebreaker.com (hereinafter referred to as myicebreaker.com).

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any contract will be subject to the policies and terms of sale in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms of sale is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card. We accept payment with the following cards: VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. There are no surcharges for payments made with these credit cards. We also accept payment from your PayPal account. When you place an order, the total payment will be reserved on your account.
All payments are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information transmitted during the transaction with the Danish payment service provider Epay.dk, who handles payments for purchases made on our website. Note that the page where you provide your payment information looks different from the rest of the shop. This is due to the requirement from epay.dk that the page must be secure, and the information encrypted.
All prices include 25% Danish VAT.
Deliveries outside EU might be subjected to import taxes depending on your country.
We ship worldwide. Delivery time and price vary depending on the destination of your order. Usually, a delivery takes 3-9 business days. You can track your delivery with the track and trace link which will be sent to your mail after you have purchased a product. We cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, therefore we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time.
We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from ICEBREAKER Nordic ApS, but as soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed delivery address, the insurance will lapse, and you will be responsible for looking after the products. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you have received a damaged package when signing for the shipment.
Seller shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by any delay or failure in delivery due to buyer’s performance or for any occurrence or contingency beyond sellers reasonable control, including buyers own action, neglect or any other circumstance beyond sellers control including but not limited to acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labour disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
According to The Danish Sale of Goods Act, ICEBREAKER Nordic offers a two-year warranty from the date of delivery if the goods purchased hereunder do not conform in all material respects to our specifications for such goods and are free from material defects in workmanship, material, and design under normal use. The warranty does not cover any direct or indirect loss caused by delay or damage resulting from your misuse, negligent handling, lack of reasonable maintenance and care, accident or abuse or any other defect beyond our control. If you want to submit a claim, please contact our customer support, and describe your claim as detailed as possible along with your order number.
If our support accepts your claim, you will receive an RMA-number which must be enclosed when you return the product. If you send your claim to us before receiving a RMA-number, you are responsible for paying the return costs. If your claim is accepted, we can resolve the claim by replacing or repairing the damaged product, or by giving a partial or full refund of your purchase depending on your claim.

If, you regret your purchase at myicebreaker.com, you can return your products within 14 days from the delivery date. When using your right to return products, you must contact our customer support and notify them. Furthermore, you must fill out the return product form which was attached to your order confirmation and send to our customer support. You cannot regret your purchase by refusing delivery of the order without giving notice to our customer support. No later than 14 days after notifying our customer support of your wish to return your purchase, your order must be returned to us.
If you use your right to return products, the shipping and return costs will be at your own expense. You will be liable for any deterioration in the product’s value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products’ nature, characteristics, and method of functioning. If, you have filled or frozen the ICEBREAKER, your right to return becomes void. Since the product’s packaging is important for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value. You assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned. Goods returned with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
We will refund your return order to the credit card used to pay your order unless anything else has been agreed. We will refund your return order no later than 10 days after receiving it.
